Paul Haynes
Paul has extensive legal experience gained over many years of practice.
- Qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1975
- Became a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England & Wales in 1978
- Became a barrister and solicitor of WA in 1995, and of the High Court of Australia in 1996
Having been involved in the preparation of Wills for many years, Paul has acted in numerous cases proving Wills, and in cases of intestacy where there is no Will. He also prosecutes and defends actions involving claims on estates, appearing in all courts including the Supreme Court of WA.

Witnessing your Will
If you have pre arranged your witness, Haynes Legal will assist with witnessing at no charge.
Altering your Will
You can alter your Will at any time. The cost for alterations is $100.00 per Will on the basis that you send your marked up Will to our office. If the amendments are complex and a further visit is required by the Solicitor, the above mentioned fees reapply.
